Union Children’s Ministry!
The goal of our Children’s Ministry is to help children know, love and follow God with all their hearts, souls and strength. The Children’s Ministry provides a safe, fun, enriching environment for your preschool to preteen child to learn about Christ and discover how to love others and become a faithful Christian.
We have great things in store for all ages:
Preschool
We offer a safe, warm and loving environment for your children to learn about God during every worship opportunity. Our goal is to help children build a solid foundation in their understanding of God, His Son Jesus Christ and the Bible, so they can grow in their spiritual life through Bible lessons, creative activities, music, crafts, and lots of fun!
Security - We offer a safe, high-security area for your children to give you peace of mind while you worship.
Parents Day Out
Tuesdays and Thursdays we offer quality childcare in a safe, loving environment. Click here for more information.
Elementary
The Children’s ministry desires to teach boys and girls, the truths of Jesus Christ, on their level. This is accomplished through a variety of child friendly programs:
Sunday Morning Bible Study – Each class is geared for children
on their learning level.
Kids Own Worship - Sunday Morning worship especially for children
ages K- 3rd grade. Begins at 10:15 a.m.
TeamKID - This ministry is structured to teach Biblical principles in practical ways that kids enjoy. We share God’s word through stories, crafts, snacks, music and recreation - it’s a community favorite!
Join us each Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. while school is session: Sept-May.

Vacation Bible Xtreme - Each Summer we gather children for an exciting week with friends where we have fun and get to know God.
June 17-21 2012
Union Baptist Children’s Choir – Age appropriate music geared for fun and aimed at praising God. Sundays @ 6:30 pm.
Children’s Bible Drill - A fun and challenging activity that helps children put the Bible into action. Meets Sundays at 5:00 PM when school is in session: September – May.
TeamKID Carnival – Celebrating the end of TeamKID with outdoor fun! Held in late May.
Family Palooza! -An exciting alternative to Halloween that offers games,
prizes, delicious food and loads of fun. Held each year on October 31.
NE Knox Giant Easter Egg Hunt – An Easter Tradition! Children have fun in a safe, christian environment. Snacks and fun for everyone.
