The mission of Union Baptist Church is to Connect people to Jesus and each other through Worship, Discipleship and Service.

The vision of our church is to influence lives by strategically communicating the Good News of Jesus Christ to Northeast Knoxville and beyond.

We are focused on 3 primary initiatives…Love, Grow, Serve.

• The Worship (Love) Initiative will…Connect people to Jesus and each other by providing a time of authentic worship with clear opportunities for salvation, fellowship and spiritual growth.

• The Discipleship (Grow) Initiative will…Connect people to Jesus and each other by focusing the believer toward Christ-centered transformation that will develop us spiritually, emotionally and relationally.

• The Serving (Serve) Initiative will…Connect people to Jesus and each other by advancing the Kingdom by praying, sending, partnering, and planting.
